Thank you for your questions and I am happy to give my personal views and best advice I am able to offer from my own experience. I will imagine we are sitting at the kitchen table having a cup of tea...or a glass of wine, depending on your question, and give you an honest reply. I welcome your own feedback because you may have exactly the right answer someone needs that we may post for everyone to benefit. That's not just logic. That's really sensible.

I had a strong instinctive sense a few hours ago, I had to make contact - so here I am. Recently, I’ve felt in the throes of spiritual challenge. In a nutshell I’m wondering if you could help me track something which feels like a deep-rooted, ancestral pattern. Given my generally optimistic nature, I’m amazed at how deeply unsettled I’m feeling and struggling to find energy to build my shamanic healing practice and vision. It’s like something in me is blocked and deeply afraid. On a bad day, I panic at how i’m half way through my life perhaps, and still haven’t quite connected to that place of infinite love and peace within ’me’.
